摘要
员工培训发展至今,在企业人才培养中有着举足轻重的作用,但传统的员工培训模式已不足以完全支撑日前数字时代下企业以人才为主的激烈竞争,而移动学习作为一种以互联网为媒介的新型学教型模式,创新了员工培训的方式方法,对企业员工培训数字化转型具有重要意义。将袁隆平农业高科技股份有限公司的移动学习在员工培训中的应用案例作为研究主体,结合已有的学术研究,分析当下移动学习应用于员工培训的问题及思考,进一步探索其应用的发展策略,从而促进企业员工培训有效性的提升和数字化转型,为企业在激烈竞争中赢得人才优势。
The development of staff training has played an important role in the training of enterprise talents,but the traditional staff training model is not enough to fully support the recent days of intelligence in the era of enterprises to talent-based fierce competition,and mobile learning as a new type of Internet-based learning model,innovative ways and means of staff training,It is of great significance to the digital transformation of employee training.Taking the application case of mobile learning in employee training of Yuan Longping Agricultural High-Tech Co.,Ltd.as the main research subject,combining with the existing academic research,analyzing the current mobile learning applied to employee training and thinking,further exploring the development strategy of its application,so as to promote the improvement of the effectiveness of employee training and digital transformation for enterprises in the fierce competition to win the talent advantage.
