摘要
BIM技术已被广泛应用于建筑领域。作为BIM应用的数据标准,IFC在建设项目各方的数据交互过程中发挥了积极作用。然而,现阶段BIM软件通过IFC标准进行数据交互时,出现数据不一致的问题,影响了数据交互的质量。为全面认识IFC标准及其在数据交互方面的可行性,本文在调研IFC标准发展的基础上,研究了建设项目数据的IFC表达方法,讨论了各软件对IFC文件的支持情况,分析了软件采用IFC标准进行数据交互不一致问题的产生原因。进一步地,从软件对IFC的解析、IFC标准完善等方面探讨了IFC发展面临的问题及发展建议。最后,利用新兴技术成熟度曲线对IFC标准的发展趋势进行了预测。
BIM technology has been widely used in the AEC industry.As the data standard of BIM application,IFC has played an active role in the data interaction process of all parties in the construction project.However,at this stage,when BIM software interacts with data through IFC standard,data inconsistency occurs,which affects the quality of data interaction.Therefore,it is necessary to have a better understanding of IFC schema and analyze the feasibility of IFC-based data sharing and exchange.This study first investigated the development of IFC schema and presented the IFC-based representation method of building information.Subsequently,the current supporting situations for IFC files in different software tools were discussed,and the reasons for data inconsistency issues among software tools were analyzed.Furthermore,from the aspects of software analysis and the improvement of IFC schema,the problems for IFC schema were discussed,and some suggestions were provided for IFC development.Finally,the development trend of IFC schema was forecast by using the Gartner hype cycle.
