摘要
临床医学“5+3”一体化人才培养模式符合医学人才培养的规律,是提升医学教育整体质量的有益探索。温州医科大学附属第一医院(温州医科大学第一临床医学院)尝试以医院为主体对临床医学“5+3”一体化培养模式做深入的探索和研究,针对目前该培养模式在培养方案、管理模式、课程设置、教学方法、分流淘汰机制等方面存在的问题和不足,提出具有本院特色的教学改革举措,并取得了一定的成效。
The“5+3”integrated talent training mode of clinical medicine conforms to the law of medical talent training and is a beneficial exploration to improve the overall quality of medical education.The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University(The First Clinical Medical College of Wenzhou Medical University)tries to take the hospital as the main body for clinical medicine.The“5+3”integrated training mode has been explored and studied in depth.In view of the problems and deficiencies in the current training mode in the aspects of training scheme,management mode,curriculum,teaching methods,separation and elimination mechanism,etc.,this paper puts forward the teaching reform measures with our own characteristics and has achieved some results.
