摘要
抚顺东露天矿南帮煤层底板下的凝灰岩及地表冲积层随着采矿降深的同时需及时清岩以保证露天矿边坡稳定。结合东露天矿现有采掘及运输设备,考虑清岩区域特殊地质条件,对选用单斗电铲装铁路自翻车、液压反铲装卡车及液压反铲装铁路自翻车开采工艺进行了论述分析,最终考虑技术及经济可行性方面确定选择液压反铲装铁路自翻车开采工艺,采用该种开采工艺清岩作业,可节省清岩成本支出,提高清岩作业效率。
The tuff and surface alluvium under the floor of the south slope coal seam of Fushun East Open-pit Mine need to be cleared in time to ensure the slope stability of the open-pit mine as mining deepening. Combining with the existing mining and transportation equipment of the East Open-pit Mine and considering the special geological conditions of the rock clearing area, the production technicians discuss and analyze the mining technology of single-bucket electric shovel-loaded railway dumper, hydraulic backhoe-loaded truck and hydraulic backhoe-loaded railway dumper, and finally determined the selection of hydraulic backhoe-loaded railway dumper mining technology in terms of technical and economic feasibility. The cost of rock cleaning in East Open-pit Mine can be saved and the efficiency of rock cleaning can be improved.
