我国辣椒产业与大数据融合现状、问题与对策 被引量:9

摘要 通过近半个世纪的发展,我国辣椒产业已经进入到了一个新的历史阶段,面对新时代的农业供给侧改革和辣椒产业的新挑战,笔者通过对我国辣椒产业与大数据融合现状分析,认为我国辣椒产业与大数据的融合还处于低层次、低阶段。依据大数据的基本原理和信息技术的发展趋势,借鉴和参考其他领域大数据的应用实践,并结合我国辣椒产业与大数据融合存在的问题,有针对性地提出了建立国家级平台,统一辣椒大数据标准,加强信息基础设施建设,加大"辣椒大数据"开发、应用与保护,加大资金扶持力度等六个方面的建议,旨为我国的辣椒产业信息化发展提供参考价值,打通生产与消费的"最后一公里",实现消费与生产的"闭环"。 Through nearly half a century of development,China’s pepper industry has entered a new historical stage.To meet the agricultural supply-side reform and new challenges of the hot pepper industry,the authors analyzed the current status and concluded that the fusion of hot pepper industry and big data is still at a low level and early phase.According to the basic principle of big data and developing trend of information technology,as well as referring to the application practices of big data in other areas and taking the problems on the fusion of pepper industry and big data into consideration,the suggestions of establishing national platform,unifying pepper big data standards,promoting the construction of information infrastructure,reinforcing the development,application and protection of pepper big data,increasing financial supports were proposed in this paper to provide references for the development of informationization of pepper industry and get through the last one kilometer connecting production and consumption to form a closed-loop of consumption and production.
