骨科护理带教中PCMC与PBL联合教学模式的实践与探索 被引量:20

摘要 目的:探讨问题导向临床医学教学模式(PCMC)与问题式学习教学法(PBL)联合教学模式在骨科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:将2018年7—11月来我院骨科进行实习的50名护生作为实践对象,采用抽签法将其随机分为对照组和实验组,分别实施传统教学模式和PCMC与PBL联合教学模式,比较两组护生的出科考核成绩以及综合能力的评价。结果:在出科考核测评中,实验组护生的理论成绩、操作成绩、平时成绩以及总成绩均高于对照组护生;且综合能力各方面的评分以及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将PCMC与PBL联合教学模式应用于骨科护理带教中可以提升护生的理论水平及实践水平,激发其学习兴趣、提升护生的各项综合能力,值得推广应用。
