摘要
目的研究腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术的全程预见性护理配合作用。方法取我院腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术患者60例为研究对象,随机分研究组(全程预见性护理配合)与对照组(传统护理配合)各30例,比较监护指标、手术指标与并发症。结果研究组较对照组的呼吸频率、心率值与动脉压低,手术时间、首次下床时间与住院时间较对照组短,术中出血量较对照组少,研究组护理疗效(96.66%)较对照组(70.00%)高,研究组并发症率(13.33%)较对照组(40.00%)低,P<0.05(具统计学差异)。结论对腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术患者采用全程预见性护理配合能降低呼吸频率或心率值,缩短手术与住院时间,减少术中出血量且提高护理效果,预防严重并发症发生,安全性高,值得借鉴。
Objective To study the whole predictive nursing cooperation effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.Methods 60 cases of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and 30 cases were randomly divided into study group(whole-course predictive nursing cooperation)and control group(traditional nursing cooperation),to compare the monitoring indicators,surgical indicators and complications.Results The group than the control group of respiratory frequency and heart rate value with artery,lower the operation time,bed time for the fi rst time,and shorter hospitalization time than the control group,intraoperative blood loss less than the control group,the team of nursing curative effect(96.66%)than the control group(70.00%),high team complication rate(13.33%)was lower than those of control group(40.00%),P<0.05(statistical differences).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer patients with the use of the whole predictable nursing cooperation can reduce the respiratory rate or heart rate value,shorten the operation and hospital stay,reduce intraoperative blood loss and improve the nursing effect,prevent serious complications,high safety,it is worth learning.
