互联网消费下零售企业回归实体探究

摘要 网络零售发展趋于饱和,大量零售电商开始通过投资、并购等方式回归实体零售。本文从“互联网+消费”视角出发,对零售企业回归实体的战略选择进行探讨,通过建立均衡分析模型,对消费者选择零售企业依据和零售企业如何开展应对策略进行了阐述,结果证明:在“互联网+消费”视角下,零售企业提供服务组合相对效率决定了消费者选择。基于此,本文从注重商品服务质量、扩大商品经营多元化和深度融合网络优势等三个方面提出了发展策略,对零售企业回归实体提供探索路径。
