摘要
目的分析月经不调女性患者临床以桃红四物汤治疗的有效性。方法取2018年1月至2019年3月53例月经不调女性患者为研究对象,根据患者是否有意愿服用中药,分为对照组(不愿中药治疗)、观察组(愿意服用中药),对照组共26例(常规治疗)、观察组共27例(常规治疗+桃红四物汤),比较两组疗效差异,统计用药期间不良反应发生,以及观察两组治疗前后焦虑情况。结果治疗后观察组治疗率为96.3%高于对照组84.6%,P<0.05;不良反应比较,观察组发生率为7.4%与对照组15.4%比较无差异,P>0.05;观察组焦虑评分短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后观察组患者月经不调评分明显低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论月经不调患者临床以桃红四物汤治疗,效果理想,不良反应发生少,且焦虑情况改善。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of female patients with irregular menstruation.Methods Fifty-three women with irregular menstruation were enrolled in the study of 2018.01-2019.03.According to whether the patients were willing to take Chinese medicine,they were divided into the control group(unwilling to treat Chinese medicine)and the observation group(willing to take Chinese medicine).The control group consisted of 26 cases.(conventional treatment),observation group of a total of 27 cases(conventional treatment+Taohong Siwu Tang),comparing the difference in efficacy between the two groups,the occurrence of adverse reactions during the statistical use of the drug,as well as observation of anxiety before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the treatment rate of the observation group was 96.3%higher than that of the control group(84.6%,P<0.05).The adverse reaction was 7.4%in the observation group and 15.4%in the control group,P>0.05.Observation group anxiety score The control group was shorter than the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the irregular menstruation score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The patients with irregular menstruation are treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction.The effect is ideal,the adverse reactions occur less,and the anxiety is improved.
