摘要
目的了解低浓度苯及混苯作业工人的健康状况,及时发现职业禁忌证和职业病,以便职业病的预防和早期治疗,为低浓度苯及混苯作业工人采取更有效的卫生防护措施提供参考。方法选取低浓度苯及混苯作业工人1000人(接触组),非苯接触健康体检人员200人(对照组)进行血常规检测;苯作业工人197人(接触组2),无职业危害人员46人(对照组2)进行了外周血淋巴细胞微核率检查(以下简称微核率),对检测数据进行分析比较。结果与对照组1比较,接触组1 WBC异常率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),RBC、Hb、PLT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。接触组中<30岁人群WBC异常率高于对照组1(P<0.05)。在白细胞减少的影响因素中,偶尔饮酒和偶尔吸烟的异常率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),白细胞减少的女性检出率高于男性,白细胞减少异常率偶尔饮酒和偶尔吸烟低于其他饮酒组和吸烟组(P<0.05)。在作业环境中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的浓度低于国家标准的情况下,接触组的微核率及微核阳性率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低浓度苯及混苯对作业工人外周血象仍有一定的影响,有遗传损伤。
Objective To investigate the health condition of benzene exposed workers and to find the occupational diseases and contraindication timely,so as to provide reference for early intervention and prophylactic and protective measures.provided reference for adopting effective prophylactic and protective measures for benzene exposed workers.Methods A total of 1000 low concentration benzene exposed workers(contact group 1)and 200 healthy subjects without contact of benzene(control group 1)were enrolled in the study.Moreover the micronucleus rate in peripheral blood lymphocyte was examined in 197 benzene exposed workers(contact group 2)and 46 healthy subjects without occupational hazard(control group 2).The acquired data were analyzed and compared among the groups.Results There was a significant difference in WBC abnormal rate between control group 1 and contact group 1(P<0.05),however,there were no significant differences in RBC,Hb,PLT between the two groups(P>0.05).The WBC abnormal rate in contact group with age<30 years was significantly higher than that in control group 1(P<0.05).Under the circumstances of the concentrations of benzene,toluene,xylene being lower than those by national standards,the micronucleus rate,micronucleus cell rate and micronucleus positive rate in benzene exposed workers were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The low concentration benzene exposure has a certain effects on the peripheral blood haemogram of benzene exposed workers,moreover,which can result in genetic damages to the exposed workers.
