摘要
城市生活垃圾分类管理是中国城市管理的重点和城市治理的难点。从中国城市生活垃圾源头分类管理的政策演变进行分析,指出城市生活垃圾强制分类管理的必要性。基于计划行为理论和城市管理现状,从影响居民垃圾分类行为意向的三个要素态度、社会规范、知觉行为控制进行分析。探讨居民垃圾分类参与意向提升的具体方法,以期为政府、社区物业等部门提供参考,也为进一步构建现代化城市垃圾治理体系提供一些思路。
The classification management of household waste is the focus of urban management and the difficulty of urban governance in China.Through the analysis of the policy evolution and research situation of source classification management of household waste in China,this paper points out the necessity of compulsory classification management of household waste.Based on the theory of planned behavior and current situation of urban management,this paper analyzes the three factors that affect residents'behavioral intention of garbage classification:attitude,social norms and conscious behavior control.This paper discusses the concrete methods of promoting residents'garbage classification intention,in order to provide references for government departments,community property departments and other departments,and also provide some ideas for the further construction of a modern urban garbage management system.
