摘要
随着我国重载铁路线路的不断开通,单元万吨重载列车操纵安全的重要性日益凸显,为降低单元万吨重载列车操纵安全风险,保障重载列车的运行安全和效率,阐述我国重载铁路牵引动力的主要机型,通过对仿真计算、试验数据与事故调研结果的分析,研究单元万吨重载列车机车工况转换、站内及坡道起车、列车空气制动及机车通过电分相区4种典型运行工况下的操纵安全风险。结合现场单元万吨重载列车操纵经验,采取试验仿真和专家咨询等方式,提出降低单元万吨重载列车操纵安全风险的对策,避免因司机误操作而导致的列车重大安全事故。
With the continuous opening of heavy haul railway lines in China,the importance of operation safety of unit ton heavy-load train is increasingly prominent.To reduce the operation safety risk and ensure the operation safety and efficiency,based on an overview of the mainstream types of heavy-load locomotive,this paper has studied the operation safety risks in four typical operation cases:operation mode conversion,in-station and ramp starting,air braking and passing through the electric phase division taking into consideration an analysis of simulation calculation,test data and accident investigation results.Based on the author’s operaiton experience on site,this paper has put forward the strategies to reduce the safety risks by adopting the approach of experimental simulation and expert consultation,which are expected to be implemented to avoid serious accidents caused by drivers’ misoperation.
