摘要
文章针对所在高校大型仪器设备平台管理和服务现状调查分析,提出了从制度上规范业务流程,利用校园信息化成果实现大型仪器共享管理全流程化。通过采购流程控制设备重复购置风险;依托物联网化改造提高设备在线开放能力,提供预约自助实验,提高设备利用率;网上和面授培训结合提高用户安全使用设备能力;培养专业实验队伍提高仪器实验服务的支撑能力,从而显著提升学校大型仪器设备开放水平,更好服务学校“双一流”建设。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the management and service of the large-scale instrument platform in the university,this paper proposes to standardize the business process from the system and realize the full process of large-scale instrument sharing management by using the achievements of campus informatization.Control the risk of repeated purchase of equipment through the procurement process;improve the online opening ability of equipment by relying on the transformation of internet of things,provide appointment self-service experiments,and improve the utilization rate of equipment;improve the ability of users to use equipment safely by combining online and face-to-face training;train professional experimental teams to improve the supporting ability of instrument experimental services,thus significantly improve the opening level of large-scale instruments and equipment in schools,better serve the“double first class”construction of the school.
