摘要 介绍了神华宁夏煤业集团400×10^4t/a煤炭间接液化项目油品加工装置产品结构及存在的局限。项目费托油品加工装置采用加氢精制、加氢裂化和临氢异构技术相结合工艺,将费托合成中间品转化为LPG、石脑油和柴油组分产品。产品结构单一,主要产品柴油销售面临市场压力。针对存在的问题,本文结合费托合成油品的特点并充分结合现有产品结构,提出了费托合成产品多样化方案,即以生产柴油和低碳烯烃为主线,根据市场变化,尽可能多地生产液体石蜡、基础油和费托蜡等高附加值的产品。 The product structure and the limitation of 4 million tons/year indirect-coal-liquefaction project of Shenhua Ningxia coal industry group are introduced. The Fischer-Tropsch oil processing is a union of hydrotreating, hydrocracking and hydroisomerization technology,and the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis intermediates products are translated into LPG, naphtha and diesel component. The product structure is single, and diesel as major product for sale is facing market pressure. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward a product scheme in consideration of the characteristics of Fischer-Tropsch products and the existing product structure. It is the production of diesel oil and low carbon olefin as the main line,according to market changes, as much as possible the production of high added value products such as liquid paraffins, base oil and Fischer-Tropsch wax.
