摘要
从内蒙古自治区地质工作发展面临的困境看,当前地质工作短板制约因素有:(1)工作领域狭窄和创新及市场应变能力缺失;(2)地勘队伍人才结构、知识结构不合理,缺乏人才培养储备机制;(3)队伍发展缺少科学规划和发展统筹;(4)创新理念和供给侧结构性改革的主动性不强。促进新时代地质事业的转型发展建议:(1)结合地质科技成果的转化,耦合新产品,打造新服务;(2)围绕供给侧结构性改革,集聚新技术,拓展新空间;(3)设计重大战略工程,集聚新生力,拓展新领域;(4)整合非地质资源,发展实体经济,有效分解人员压力。
From the perspective of the difficulties Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is facing in the development of geological work,the current short-board constraints on geological work include:(1) narrow work areas and lack of innovation and market adaptability;(2) unreasonable talent structure and knowledge structure of geo-prospecting teams,lack of talent training reserve mechanism;(3) lack of scientific planning and development planning for team development;(4) the initiative of innovation and supply-side structural reform is weak.Correspondingly,this paper puts forward suggestions for promoting the transformation and development of geological work in the new era:(1) combining the transformation of geological and technological achievements,coupling new products and creating new services;(2) focusing on supply-side structural reforms,developing new technologies and expanding new space;(3) designing major strategic projects,gathering new talents and expanding new fields;(4) integrating non-geological resources,developing the real economy,and effectively decomposing personnel pressure.
