摘要
目前SAB碎磨系统尚无球磨机钢球级配计算公式,根据某铜矿选矿厂的矿石性质,采用"三段一闭路"碎磨工艺,应用查尔默斯公司公式和段氏球径半理论公式,计算球磨机初装球钢球级配,并根据戴维斯钢球磨损规律公式得出后续加球制度。该计算结果应用于生产现场后,获得了较好的磨矿和浮选指标。
At present,there is no the size distribution formula for the steel ball in the ball mill of SAB grinding system.According to the ore properties from a copper mine concentrator,the grinding process of three stages and one close circuit was applied,and the formula of Chalmers Company and DuanQifu spherical diameter semi-theoretical formula were used to calculate the size distribution of the initial steel balls in the ball mill.And then,the following ball-adding laws were obtained according to Davis formula about the ball abrasion laws in the ball.After the calculation results being applied to field production,excellent grinding and flotation indexes were achieved.
