摘要
探讨了远红外聚酯、木棉以及棉纤维混纺纱的生产工艺及其纱线性能。通过设计纺纱工艺流程与各工序工艺参数,成功纺制出远红外聚酯/木棉/棉60/20/20 18.5 tex混纺纱线,并对纱线的断裂强力、耐磨性能、成纱条干等指标进行测试分析。结果表明,该混纺纱线的力学性能与成纱质量良好,可用于开发保暖抗菌类功能面料,同时进一步提高了木棉纤维的可纺性和利用价值。
The production technology and yam properties of far infrared polyester,kapok and cotton Wended yam are discussed.The far infrared polyester/kapok/cotton 60/20/20/20 blended yaml8.5 tex is successfully spun by designing the spinning process and various technological parameters.The breaking strength,wear resistance and yam evenness of the yam are tested and analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties and yam quality of the blended yam are good,and it could be used to develop functional fabrics with heat preservation and antimicrobial properties.At the same time,the spinnability and utilization value of kapok fiber further are improved.
