EDTA改性P(AA-AMPS)/SA耐水解水凝胶的制备及其对Cu^2+、Cr^3+的吸附性能 被引量:7

Preparation of EDTA modified P(AA-AMPS)/SA hydrogels with hydrolysis resistance and its adsorption properties of Cu^2+ and Cr^3+

摘要 以海藻酸钠(SA)为原料,丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,四烯丙基溴化铵(TAAB)为交联剂,EDTA二钠为添加剂,制备了改性耐水解多孔水凝胶P(AA-AMPS)/SA,对水凝胶吸水性能及其对Cu^2+、Cr^3+的吸附性能进行了测定,探究了凝胶吸附等温线及吸附动力学,利用FTIR、SEM、AFM对凝胶表面形态进行了分析。结果表明,SA的加入可提高水凝胶的溶胀速率,制备的改性水凝胶具有优异的耐水解性能,pH=7、125℃下在水溶液中的吸水倍率可达350.4g/g;EDTA二钠的加入及溶液pH增大均有利于提高水凝胶对Cu^2+、Cr^3+的吸附性能。在吸附温度为20℃,pH为7,吸附时间为1h时,水凝胶(0.1g)在Cu Cl2 (0.07 mol/L)、Cr Cl3(0.05 mol/L)溶液中的吸附量最大,分别为539.2、286.7 mg/g。水凝胶对Cu^2+的吸附机理符合Langmuir吸附等温式,对Cr^3+的吸附符合Freundlich模型。吸附均为自发放热过程,吸附温度升高,达到吸附平衡的时间缩短,吸附量略有降低。 Porous P(AA-AMPS)/SA hydrogels with hydrolysis resistance were prepared using sodium alginate(SA) as raw material, acrylic acid(AA), 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS) as monomers, tetraallylammonium bromide(TAAB) as crosslinker, and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt(EDTA-2 Na) as modifying agent. The water absorbency and adsorption performances of hydrogels for Cu^2+ and Cr^3+ were measured. The adsorption isotherm and adsorption kinetics of the hydrogels were studied. The surface morphology of hydrogels was analyzed by FTIR, SEM and AFM. The results showed that the addition of SA could improve the swelling rate of hydrogels. The prepared hydrogels had excellent hydrolysis resistance. The water absorbency of hydrogel in water solution reached 350.4 g/g at 125 ℃ and pH=7.0. The introduction of EDTA-2 Na and the increase of pH value of solution were beneficial to improve the adsorption performances of the hydrogel for Cu^2+ and Cr^3+. Under the conditions of 20 ℃, pH=7, and adsorption time 1 h, the maximum adsorption capacity of 0.1 g hydrogel reached 539.2 mg/g in 0.07 mol/L CuCl2, and 286.7 mg/g in 0.05 mol/L CrCl3, respectively. The adsorption of the hydrogel for Cu^2+ was in line with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm, while that for Cr^3+ fitted well with the Freundlich model. The adsorption process was spontaneous exothermic process. When the adsorption temperature increased, the adsorption equilibrium time shortened, and the adsorption capacity slightly decreased.
