摘要
目的:分析持续质量改进管理在降低手术室硬式内镜器械损耗率中的作用。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治使用硬式内镜器械治疗的患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采取常规器械管理;研究组采取持续质量改进管理。比较两组器械损耗率。结果:研究组管理后器械损耗率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理过程中使用持续质量改进管理有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement management on reducing the attrition rate of hard endoscopic instruments in operating room.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,200 patients who were treated with hard endoscopic instruments were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine instruments management;While the study group adopted continuous quality improvement management.The attrition rates of instruments between the two groups was compared.Results:The attrition rate of instruments in the study group was lower than the control group after management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of continuous quality improvement management in the operating room nursing process has high clinical application value.
