Objective To evaluate systematically the effects of psychological resilience interventions in cancer patients. Methods we retrieved randomized controlled trial literature on psychological resilience intervention of cancer patients from January to December 2018.After literature screening, quality evaluation and data extraction,RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis. Results A total of 13 literature were included, including 1,234 subjects.Meta analysis shows that psychological resilience intervention could significantly improve the level of psychological resilience of cancer patients[SMD=0.89,95%CI(0.77,1.00),P<0.001].The results of the analysis show that groups intervention[SMD=0.92,95%CI(0.78,1.06),P<0.001]and individual intervention[SMD=0.80,95%CI(0.45,1.15),P<0.001]could improve the psychological resilience of cancer patients. Conclusion The clinical evidence of randomized controlled trials at this stage indicated that the psychological resilience intervention could improve the level of psychological resilience of cancer patients.Either group intervention or individualized intervention could also be used. However, due to the limited number of randomized controlled studies included, the evaluation indexes of different studies were different, and the observation time was varying lengths, the effect of psychological elasticity intervention still needed to be verified by large samples and strictly designed high-quality studies.
