摘要
焊接(焊工)实训是机械制造工程训练(金工实习、金属加工工艺实习)课程的重要组成部分,是高等学校和高职院校工科专业重要的实验课和实践性教学环节,中等职业学校焊接实训课,是学生学习和掌握焊接技能的主要场所。学生对掌握焊接技能有着迫切的要求,因此在焊接实训中往往会忽视焊接作业中的各种危害。文章针对目前高等学校和高职院校工科专业机械制造工程训练(金工实习、金属加工工艺实习)课程中的焊接实训教学存在的问题进行了探讨,并根据教学经验提出了几点建议,希望通过教学改革等途径提高机械制造工程训练(金工实习、金属加工工艺实习)课程中焊接(焊工)实训教学的教学效果,提高学生的创新实践能力。
Welding training is an important part of the mechanical manufacturing engineering training(metalworking internship,metalworking technology internship)course.It is an important experimental course and practical teaching link for engineering majors in higher education institutions and higher vocational colleges.The problems existing in the welding practice teaching in the mechanical engineering engineering training(metalworking internship,metalworking technology internship)course of engineering and vocational colleges in the vocational colleges were discussed,and several suggestions were put forward based on the teaching experience.It is hoped that the teaching effect of welding(welfer)training in the course of mechanical manufacturing engineering training(metalworking internship,metalworking process internship)will be improved through teaching reform and other methods,and students'innovative practice ability will be improved.
