支气管肺炎患儿护理及心肌酶学观察中的临床应用

摘要 目的:探讨分析临床护理路径在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的应用效果,以及观察其对患儿心肌酶的影响.方法:从某市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心筛选出3000例小儿支气管肺炎患者,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组1500例.给予对照组患儿常规护理,研究组患儿接受临床护理路径,比较两组患儿的护理效果,以及观察护理干预对心肌酶的影响.结果:研究组患儿的治疗依从性和护理满意度显著高于对照组,其并发症发生率显著低于对照组,住院时间也较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05).研究组患儿的心肌酶水平改善较对照组更为显著(P<0.05).结论:临床护理路径应用于小儿支气管肺炎能显著提高护理效果,有效改善患儿的心肌酶指标,值得临床推广. Objective:To investigate the clinical application of clinical nursing pathways in the care of children with bronchial pneumonia and to observe its effects on myocardial enzymes in children.Methods:3000 children with bronchopneumonia were screened from our hospital and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 1500 cases in each group.The children in the control group received routine nursing care.The children in the study group received clinical nursing pathways,the nursing effects of the two groups of children were compared,and the effect of nursing intervention on myocardial enzymes was observed.Results:The treatment adherence and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of myocardial enzyme level in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway applied to children with bronchial pneumonia can significantly improve the nursing effect and effectively improve the myocardial enzyme index of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
