摘要
为改进马铃薯收获机的作业功能与外观,在对其外观进行重新设计的同时,重新布局功能区,提升作业流程的合理性。通过可拓学第三创造法建立物元模型,对现有马铃薯收获机的缺陷和痛点进行拓展分析和可拓变换,获取新的外观设计方案集,并通过优度评价法对其定量化优劣判定选出最优方案,再对优选方案进行深入设计。采用可拓学第三创造法对现有马铃薯收获机进行改进设计,能有效提升马铃薯收获机作业流程的合理性,改进后的收获机外观更符合现代审美的发展方向。设计案例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
In order to improve the operation function and appearance of the potato harvester,while redesigning its appearance,the functional area was re-arranged to improve the rationality of the operation process. The matter-element model is established through the third creation method of extension theory,and the defects and pain points of the existing potato harvester are expanded and analyzed and extended transformations are obtained to obtain new innovative design schemes. Determine and select the optimal scheme,and then conduct in-depth design of the optimal scheme. Using the third creative method of extension theory to improve the design of the existing potato harvester can effectively improve the rationality of the potato harvester operation process,and the appearance of the improved harvester is more in line with the development direction of modern aesthetics. Design cases verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
