镐型截齿温度场数值模拟与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以镐型截齿及其深冷处理环境为研究对象,基于Solidworks软件建立截齿的三维几何模型,基于ANSYS Fluent软件建立了镐型截齿深冷处理温度场数值模型。完成了某型截齿的温度场数值模拟,为验证该模型的合理性,完成了镐型截齿的深冷处理试验,通过截齿温度场模拟数据与试验数据对比,得出数值模拟温度与试验温度下降趋势一致,且时间相差8 min左右,表明镐型截齿温度场数值模拟具有一定的可行性。 3D model of conical pick and cryogenic chamber was established based on Solidworks software,and temperature field numerical model for conical pick cryogenic treatment was established using ANSYS Fluent software.The numerical simulation of temperature field for a conical pick was made at-80℃,-120℃,-160℃and-196℃.Conical pick cryogenic treatment experiment was carried out to verify the rationality of the models.Comparing conical pick temperature field simulation data with the experimental data,it is found that the numerical simulation temperature decline is consistent with the experimental result,and the time difference is about 8 min.It indicates that the numerical simulation of conical pick temperature field has certain feasibility.
