厦门市2018年市售水产品重金属污染状况分析 被引量:6

Analysis on the situation of contamination with heavy metal in aquatic products in Xiamen City,2018

摘要 目的了解厦门市售水产品中铅、镉、铬、砷与汞5种重金属元素污染状况,为其限量标准制定和风险评估提供依据。方法2018年在厦门市6区超市和农贸市场抽取189份样品,采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定重金属元素,并分析检出率、超标率和元素含量。结果样品中铬和砷总检出率均为100.0%,其余3种元素总检出率分别为铅>镉>汞;干制类中铬、镉、铅、砷含量检出值高于其他4类样品;各元素在5类样品中总超标率为砷>镉>铅>铬>汞。仅腌制类未检出超标样品。结论厦门市售水产品中存在一定程度重金属污染,干制类污染情况相对严重,应加强监管并采取控制措施。 Objective To study the situations of contamination by five kinds of heavy metals,including Pb,Cd,Hg,As and Cr in aquatic products in Xiamen market for formulating their relative limit standards and risk assessments.Methods Totally 189 aquatic product samples from supermarkets and farmer’s market were collected in six districts Xiamen City.The heavy metal elements were detected by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICPMS)and the detected rates,over limit rates and the contents of the elements were analyzed.Results The total detected rates of Cr and As were both 100.0%and the rates of other three elements were Pb>Cd>Hg.The contents of Cr,Cd,Pb,As in the dried aquatic products were higher than those of other four types of samples.The total over limit rates of elements in five types of samples were As>Cd>Pb>Cr>Hg.No over limit sample was detected out only in the pickled aquatic products.Conclusion There exist a certain degree contamination with heavy metals in the aquatic products in Xiamen market,and the contamination levels were relatively serious in dried aquatic products.The supervision and control measurements of heavy metal contaminations should be strengthened in the future.
