摘要
目的探讨富马酸喹硫平片联合阿立哌唑片对精神分裂症患者认知功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将南阳市第四人民医院在2017年2月-2018年11月期间收治的82例精神分裂症患者分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用阿立哌唑片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗。两组均治疗2个月,观察比较两组治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、认知功能及睡眠质量。结果治疗后,观察组阴性症状、阳性症状、一般症状评分及总分均低于对照组,简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组失眠发生率为4.88%明显低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论富马酸喹硫平片联合阿立哌唑片治疗精神分裂症患者效果较好,可有效减轻其精神症状,提高认知功能,改善睡眠质量。
Objective To study the effect of the combination of the quintiapine fumarate tablets with aripiprazle tables on the cognitive function and the quality of sleep in the patients with schizophrenia. Methods 82 patients with schizophrenia treated from February,2017 to November,2018 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random digital table method. In the control group,the patients were treated with Alipidine, and in the observation group,patients treated with the combination of the quintiapine fumarate tablets with aripiprazle tables. The positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)score,cognitive function and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results After the result of the treatment,the scores of negative symptoms,positive symptoms,general symptoms and total scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of the simple mental status test scale(MMSE) was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of insomnia in the observation group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than 19.51%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of quinetipine fumarate combined with aripiprazole tablet in the treatment of schizophrenic patients can effectively reduce their mental symptoms,improve cognitive function and improve sleep quality.
