摘要
多年来,已经通过几种方法解决了污染废物的问题:去污染,通过再利用和/或能量回收和/或机械和/或化学回收进行回收。在集成的塑料废物管理概念中,连同这些方法一起,还包括通过使用可生物降解的聚合物材料减少数量的可能性。这些操作易于管理,不涉及新设备。复合是最重要的操作,将在同向旋转双螺杆挤出机造粒机上进行,并可以根据材料(L/D-35)调整螺杆的长度。
over the years,the problem of contaminated waste has been solved by several methods:decontamination,recycling through reuse and/or energy recovery and/or mechanical and/or chemical recovery.In the integrated concept of plastic waste management,along with these methods,there is also the possibility of reducing the quantity by using biodegradable polymer materials.These operations are easy to manage and do not involve new devices.Compounding is the most important operation,which will be carried out on the pelletizer of the co rotating twin screw extruder,and the length of the screw can be adjusted according to the material(L/D-35).
