摘要 目的:建立王不留行配方颗粒中王不留行黄酮苷的含量测定方法。方法:运用高效液相色谱法,Agilent 5 HC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果:王不留行黄酮苷在0.010,1~1.009,0 mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(R2=1),平均加样回收率为98.39%,RSD为3.30%。结论:本法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为王不留行配方颗粒中王不留行黄酮苷的含量测定方法。 Objective:To establish the HPLC method of the determination of vaccarin in dispensing granules of vaccaria segetalis.Methods:HPLC was employed to determine contents of vaccarin in dispensing granules of vaccaria segetalis with the column Agilent5 HC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),Gradient elution was performed with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.3%phosphoric acid,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength of 280 nm.Results:The linear relationship of vaccarin was good in 0.0101~1.0090 mg/mL with the correlation coefficient R2=1,the average recovery was 98.39%and RSD=3.30%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,with good reproducibility,which can provide the basis for quality control of dispensing granules of vaccaria segetalis.
