摘要
为了解决掘进面突出煤层降尘难的问题,笔者采用现场试验和科学分析相结合的方法,在某煤矿综掘工作面进行了试验研究。首先测定突出煤层煤体的湿润半径,其次在突出煤层中设计了若干深20 m、直径75 mm的注水钻孔,注水压力为3.5~4.5 MPa,持续时间为2 h,然后取芯进行湿润效果检验。研究结果表明,在掘进进尺8.0 m处,注水降尘效果最佳,与注水前相比,注水后呼吸性粉尘有所下降,作业环境明显改善。
In order to solve the problem of difficulty in dust reduction of the coal seam in the heading face, the author carried out experimental research on a comprehensive mining face in a coal mine by using a combination of field tests and scientific analysis. First, the wetting radius of the coal seam of the outburst coal seam was measured, secondly,several water injection boreholes with a depth of 20 m and a diameter of 75 mm were designed in the outburst coal seam, the injection pressure was 3.5~4.5 MPa and the duration was 2 h, then the coring was tested for wetting effect.The research results show that the effect of water injection and dust reduction is the best at the 8.0 m advancing distance, compared with before water injection, the respirable dust decreases after water injection, and the working environment is significantly improved.
