摘要
通过工程实例介绍在复杂环境下进行大口径管道长距离单基坑双向依次顶进施工技术。工作过程中通过对工作坑及作业平台进行改良以提高其承载力,通过增设中继间来分担后背墙顶力,优化了吊具和顶进施工顺序;对于穿越繁忙公路安全风险大的工况进行了数值模拟,为安全施工提供了保证;辅助采用先进的监测手段,快速准确的反馈监测结果,实时调整施工措施。圆满的完成了施工任务,具有一定的借鉴价值。
With the help of practical examples of engineering projects,introduced in the present paper are the successive two-way jacking construction techniques for a long-distance,large-diameter pipeline of a single foundation pit in complex environment.In the process of the construction work,the working pits and working platforms are bettered to improve their bearing capacity,with a trunk added to share the jacking force of the back wall so as to optimize the construction sequence of slings and the jacking construction.Numerical simulation is carried out for the conditions of busy highways with greater safety risks in order to provide guarantee for the safe construction.As an auxiliary measure,advanced monitoring means are also used to provide the rapid and accurate feedback of the monitored results to facilitate the real-time adjustment of the construction measures,as a result of which the construction task is successfully completed.
