摘要
国内目前岩石地层顶管应用极少,千米以上的超长距离岩石顶管没有相关案例。依托重庆市观景口水利枢纽工程,重点对长距离岩石顶管机的设备选型、润滑减阻、长距离导向与纠偏、中继间优化布置等施工关键技术进行了系统研究,并在施工中取得了成功应用,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Right at present,the application of jacking pipes through rocky strata is very rare in China,and there are even no related cases of jacking pipes through rocky strata over the distance of one kilometer reported.With the Guanjingkou Water Conservancy Hub Project in Chongqing as the technical background,systematically studied in the present paper are the key techniques such as the type choice of the long-distance pipe-jacking machines applicable to rocky strata,lubricating to reduce the jacking resistance,long-distance guiding and rectification,the optimized provision of jacking relay stations and the like,all of which are already successfully applied to the actual construction of engineering projects and thus are of much value in popularizing their application.
