摘要
以湖南省长沙县图书馆、文化馆及乡镇文化站为例,以公共数字文化服务为视角,总结其公共数字文化服务特色,从设施设备、资源整合利用、志愿者专业性和稳定性等方面进行剖析。并提出在融合发展的背景下,打造公共文化服务新发展优势,使数字网络成为总分馆制的有效支撑等对策。
The paper studies the public digital cultural services provided by county libraries,cultural centers and stations in Hunan.It summarizes the service features,and analyzes the shortage from the equipment,resources,competence and sufficient supply of volunteers.It is suggested that an enabling environment should be built to provide innovative public cultural services in the context of integrated development so that the branch-main library system can be built on digital network.
