摘要
目的研究PDCA循环结合精细化培训模式在ICU临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年4月我院的40名护理实习生为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组20例。对照组采取常规带教模式,研究组采用PDCA循环结合精细化培训模式。比较干预后两组护生的出科考核成绩、护生对带教老师的评价情况、患者及家属的护理满意度。结果研究组护生的出科考试成绩、护生对带教老师的满意度评分,患者及家属的护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环结合精细化培训模式在ICU临床护理带教中的应用,有利于提高护生的专业能力,减少护理不良事件的发生率,改良护生对带教老师各方面的评价。
Objective To study the application effect of PDCA cycle combined with refine training model on clinical nursing teaching in ICU.Methods From July 2018 to April 2019,40 nursing interns in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,the nursing interns were divided into control group and research group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine teaching mode,and the research group adopted PDCA cycle combined with refined training model.After the intervention,the results of test completion of a course of nursing students,the evaluation of the nursing students to the teachers and the nursing satisfaction of the patients and their families were compared between the two groups.Results The results of test completion of a course of the nursing students,the satisfaction score of the nursing students to the teachers and the nursing satisfaction of the patients and their families in the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle combined with refined training model in ICU clinical nursing teaching is conducive to improving the professional ability of nursing students,reducing the incidence of nursing adverse events,improving the evaluation of nursing students on all aspects of teaching teachers.
