摘要 随着内蒙古全公路网的逐年完善,相对应需要养护的桥梁也在按照一定的数量增加,使桥梁管养部门的工作日趋繁重,桥梁养护所需资金不断增加。将计算机信息处理技术运用于桥梁管理工以此实现减轻相关部门工作量和达到节约养护资金的目的,项目组开发了桥梁养护管理系统即BMS(Bridge Management System)。本项目研发的桥梁养护管理系统主要功能包括记录高路公司所辖路段桥梁基本信息的信息库,通过桥梁信息系统的WEB端配套的手机APP端实现桥梁的巡查,将巡查信息上传到信息系统,在桥梁信息库的基础上实现桥梁自动预警,桥梁信息系统可以根据桥梁检测情况对桥梁进行技术状况评定,并根据桥梁技术状况信息系统给出合理的养护方案。桥梁养护管理系统建设中采用的主要技术,如全球唯一标识、面向对象的编程、双缓冲、数据更新等技术和数据通信技术,这些技术已经成熟,采用这些技术可以确保建立的桥梁养护系统更加的先进和适用。 With the improvement of highway network in Inner Mongolia year by year,the number of bridges that need to be maintained is also increasing according to a certain number,which makes the work of bridge management and maintenance departments more and more heavy,and the capital required for bridge maintenance is increasing.The project team has developed the Bridge Management System(BMS)by applying the computer information processing technology to the bridge management to reduce the workload of the relevant departments and achieve the purpose of saving the maintenance funds.The main functions of the bridge maintenance management system developed by the project include the information base for recording the basic information of the bridge under the jurisdiction of the high-road company,the patrol of the bridge is realized through the mobile phone APP terminal matched with the WEB end of the bridge information system,the patrol information is uploaded to the information system.The bridge automatic warning is realized based on the bridge information base,and the bridge information system can carry out the technical status assessment of the bridge according to the bridge detection situation,and the reasonable maintenance scheme is given according to the bridge technical condition information system.The main technologies used in the construction of the Bridge Management System,such as global unique logo,object-oriented programming,double buffering,data and new technology and data communication technology,have matured.Using these technologies can ensure that the established bridge maintenance system is more advanced and applicable.
