摘要
20世纪70年代末以来,国内教师生活研究大致经历了探索、发展、深化三个阶段。已有研究内容主要集中在教师生活内涵、特性、构成、现状、影响因素以及改善策略等方面。研究虽取得了一定成果,但仍存在基本概念不够明晰、研究主体较为单一、研究内容不够全面和具体等不足之处。今后的研究需要注重教师生活概念的统一界定、研究主体的多元化、研究内容的全面化和具体化,以促使教师生活研究更加深入和丰富。
Since the closing of 1970 s, the research on teachers’ life in China has roughly experienced three stages of exploration, development and deepening. The existing research mainly focuses on the connotation, characteristics, composition, current situation, influence factors and improvement strategies of teachers’ life. Although the research has gained some achievements, there are still some shortcomings, such as the ambiguity of basic concepts, the relative monotony of research subject and the incompleteness and not concreteness of research content. In the future research, it’s still necessary to focus on the unification of the concept of teachers’ life, the diversification of research subjects, and the comprehensiveness and concreteness of research content so as to deepen and enrich the study on teachers’ life.
