摘要
为了排放B3、B4煤层+1 280 m老空区积水,消除B8煤层+1 190^+1 280 m水平采掘过程中水害威胁,前期施工多个普通钻孔进行排放。因普通钻孔定向性差,施工周期长,且出现多次堵塞,无法继续排放水。采用定向钻进技术,沿B4煤层底板、本煤层、顶板分别施工定向钻孔至老空区,通过试验对比,得出沿煤层顶板的钻孔排水效果好,最大出水量达140 m3/h,且未出现堵塞,是解决老空区积水的有效方法。
In order to n order to discharge water from the B3 and B4 coal seams +1 280 m in the old space and eliminate the threat of water damage during the mining process of the B8 coal seams +1 190 to+1 280 m, a number of ordinary boreholes were drilled in the early construction. Due to the poor directionality of ordinary boreholes and the long construction period. and there are many blockages that can not continue to discharge water. The directional drilling technology was used to construct directional holes to the old space along the B4 coal seam floor, the coal seam, and the top plate. Through the test comparison, the drilling and drainage effect along the top plate of the coal seam was obtained, and the maximum water output reached 140 m3/h. which there is no blockage occurred. It is an effective way to solve the stagnant water in the old air area.
