摘要
2020年1月18日,青岛大学附属医院收治1例新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)患者,该例患者呼吸道症状并不严重,初期有反复发热及消化道症状(腹泻),实验室检查结果缺少特异性,但肺部影像学表现较为典型.患者中期出现病变快速进展的情况,及时调整治疗方案后,患者病情逐渐平稳好转,连续2次病原核酸检测阴性.分享该例患者的临床特征和诊疗经过,以期为进一步认识新冠肺炎及其防治提供帮助.
On January 18,2020,the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University admitted a patient with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).The patient was not severe,and there were recurrent fever and digestive tract symptoms in the early stages of onset.The laboratory test results were lack of specificity,but the pulmonary imaging performance was typical.The patient's illness progressed rapidly in the middle of the disease course,after adjusting the treatment plan in time,the patient's condition gradually improved steadily.The viral nucleic acid test was negative for twice.The clinical characterictics and diagnose and treatment were shared so as to help the prevention and treatment for COVID-19.
