不同能量水平对阿勒泰羊血清脂质指标及脂肪沉积的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究不同能量水平对阿勒泰羊血清生化指标、脂肪沉积和脂肪酸组成的影响。挑选月龄相近、体况良好、臀型一致的阿勒泰羊30只,随机分为3组,自由采食60 d,体重分别达到(30.17±1.17)、(30.75±1.72)kg和(30.83±1.16)kg,分别按照50%[0.25 MJ/(W^0.75·d)](低能量组)、100%[0.5 MJ/(W^0.75·d)](对照组)、150%[0.75 MJ/(W^0.75·d)](高能量组)的维持代谢能饲喂30 d后屠宰。结果表明:①低能量饲喂可显著降低阿勒泰羊血清中葡萄糖、游离脂肪酸、低密度脂蛋白的含量(P<0.05),可显著提高血清中高密度脂蛋白的含量(P<0.05);②阿勒泰羊的尾部脂肪、胃肠周围脂肪、大网膜脂肪和总脂肪与胴体重的比值在各组间差异均显著(P<0.05)。心脏周围脂肪和皮下脂肪与胴体重的比值随着摄入能量的降低而下降,但三组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);③在阿勒泰羊的尾部脂肪细胞研究中,高能量组的脂肪细胞直径、周长、面积显著高于对照组和低能量组(P<0.05),而细胞个数显著低于其他两组(P<0.05);④不同能量水平对阿勒泰羊的肾周脂肪脂肪酸的组成具有显著影响。在饱和脂肪酸中,低能量组中己酸、月桂酸、豆蔻酸和花生酸含量显著低于高能量组(P<0.05),在不饱和脂肪酸中,低能量组的反式油酸、油酸、γ-亚油酸和α-亚麻酸都显著低于高能量组(P<0.05)。阿勒泰羊在低能量饲喂条件下使血清葡萄糖、游离脂肪酸和低密度脂蛋白浓度显著降低,各部位脂肪沉积减小,不饱和脂肪酸含量显著降低,说明不同能量水平对阿勒泰羊血清脂质指标及脂肪沉积有一定的影响。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different energy levels on serum biochemical indicators, fat deposition and fatty acid composition of Altay sheep. Thirty Altay sheep with similar age, good body condition and consistent buttock shape were selected for free feeding for 60 days and their weight reached(30.17±1.17),(30.75±1.72) kg and(30.83±1.16) kg, after 30 days of feeding, the animals were given 50% [0.25 MJ/(W^0.75·d)](Low-energy group), 100% [0.5 MJ/(W^0.75·d)](Control group) and 150% [0.75 MJ/(W^0.75·d)](High-energy group) of sustained metabolic energy. Experimental results show that: ① Low energy feeding can significantly reduce the levels of glucose, free fatty acids and LDL in the serum of Altay sheep(P<0.05), and significantly increase the levels of HDL in the serum(P<0.05);② The ratios of tail fat, perigastrointestinal fat, omentum fat and total fat to carcass weight in Altay sheep were significantly different in each group(P<0.05). The ratio of pericardial fat and subcutaneous fat to carcass weight decreased with the decrease in energy intake, but there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05);③ In the tail fat study of Altay sheep, the diameter, circumference and area of fat cells in the high-energy group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the low-energy group(P<0.05), the number of cells was significantly lower than the other two groups(P<0.05);④ Effect of different energy levels had a significant effect on the composition of fatty acids in perirenal fat. In saturated fatty acids, the content of caproic acid, lauric acid, cardamom acid and arachiic acid in the low-energy group was significantly lower than that in the high energy group(P<0.05), in unsaturated fatty acids, trans oleic, oleic, γ-linolenic acids and α-linolenic acids and so on in the low-energy group were significantly lower than those in the high-energy group(P<0.05). Under the condition of low energy levels, the serum glucose, free fatty acid and low-density lipoprotein of Altay sheep are significantly decreasing, the fat deposition in all parts is decreasing, and the content of unsaturated fatty acid is significantly decreasing, indicating that the energy restriction have certain influence on the serum lipid index and fat deposition of Altay sheep.
