摘要
长距离输水系统在首次投运或运行检修时涉及复杂的充放水操作,事关输水系统的运行安全,是重要运行工况之一。综述了目前有压输水管道充放水流速、管道进排气、水气两相瞬变流数值计算方法、物理模型试验等主要方面的研究进展,认为输水管线布置、空气阀设置是确定充放水流速的主要影响因素,充放水复杂水气两相瞬变流过程流态多变,多采用一维数值模型开展模拟计算,三维数值模拟和物理模型试验成果较少,充放水流速方案确定、水气两相瞬变流三维数值模拟及其运动规律等方面还需进一步深入研究。
Long-distance water conveyance system involves complex operation of filling and emptying water when it is first put into operation or maintenance,which concerns the operation safety of water conveyance system and is one of the important operating conditions.This paper summarizes the current research progress in the main aspects of the filling and emptying water velocity,the admission and exhaust of the pipeline,the numerical calculation method of water-gas two-phase transient flow and the physical model test.The layout of the pipeline and the setting of the air valve are the main influencing factors to determine the filling and emptying water velocity.The flow pattern of the complex water-gas two-phase transient flow process is changeable.One-dimensional numerical model is often used to carry out the simulation calculation.However,the results of three-dimensional numerical simulation and physical model test are few,and further research is needed on the determination of filling and emptying water velocity scheme,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of water-gas two-phase transient flow and its motion law.
