摘要
为了杜绝铁路运煤货车超偏载事故的发生,基于3D激光扫描测量、视频监控分析和车号识别多源信息融合技术,实现对铁路运煤货车超偏载情况的动态监测,通过系统后台软件对监测结果中的数据、图像等信息的综合对比,分析出运煤货车在装车过程中的超偏载情况,并对存在超偏载情况的运煤货车进行超前预警,进而采取有效措施进行快速处理,提高运煤货车的装载质量,确保运煤货车的行车安全。
In order to prevent the occurrence of overload and unbalanced load accidents of railway coal freight trucks,this article studies and designs the technology of multi-source information fusion by using 3D laser scanning measurement,video monitoring analysis and train number identification to realize the dynamic monitoring of the overload and unbalanced load of railway coal freight cars.Through the comprehensive comparison of the data and images in the monitoring results by the system background software,we analyze the overload and unbalanced load situation of the coal truck during the loading process,and forewarn the coal truck with overload and unbalanced load situation.And we take effective measures to deal with quickly,improve the loading quality of coal truck,to ensure the safety of coal truck.
