摘要
针对主斜井皮带输送机运输需要,对大倾角带式输送机进行具体设计,确定了托辊形式、胶带带宽、驱动电机功率及布置方式、电机拖动方式以及主要设备型号。由于输送机提升高度达到600 m,因此采用2台大倾角带式输送机搭接的布置方式进行运输。研究内容为其他矿井类似情况下输送机设计提供了工程借鉴。
In order to transport the main inclined shaft conveyor, the design of the large angle belt conveyor was determined. The roller form, tape width,drive motor power and arrangement, motor drag mode and main equipment model were determined. Since the conveyor has a lifting height of 600 m, it is transported by means of two large-angle belt conveyors. The research content can provide some engineering reference for the design of conveyors in similar situations in other mines.
