一种分层均衡注水新方法及其应用

摘要 针对多段合采生产井受储层非均质性以及注采驱替等影响易造成层间干扰强度大、驱替不均衡等问题,提出了一种分层均衡注水的新方法。以Buckley-Leveret非活塞式水驱油理论为基础,推导出不同时刻一注一采井网线性驱替时注水量与生产井出口端含水饱和度关系式。对于多层开采注水井来说,计算初始时刻生产井出口端含水饱和度,通过一定时间内,在总注水量不变的前提下,改变分层注水量,使得各小层生产井出口端含水饱和度相同,从而实现分层注水均衡驱替。并通过建立机理模型验证了分层均衡注水新方法是合理、可靠的。该方法在BZ油田进行矿场应用,2018年油田共实施7口井分层均衡注水,当年净增油0.81×104m3,平均单井日增油12m3,定向井网驱替不均衡问题得到一定改善。 A new method of stratified and balanced water injection was proposed to solve the problems such as strong interlayer interference,uneven displacement,etc.,which were resulted in by reservoir heterogeneity and injection-production-displacement in multi-stage production wells.Based on Buckley-Leveret’s non-piston water flooding theory,the relationship between water injection rate and water saturation at the outlet of production wells during linear displacement of injection-production pattern at different times was derived.For multi-layer water injection wells,the water saturation at the outlet of production wells at the initial time was calculated.In a certain period of time,under the premise of constant total water injection rate,the water saturation at the outlet of each small production well was the same by changing the stratified water injection rate so as to realize the equilibrium displacement of stratified and balanced water injection.Furthermore,a mechanism model was established to verify the rationality and reliability of the new method of stratified and balanced water injection.The method was applied in BZ oilfield.In 2018,the stratified and balanced water injection was carried out in seven wells.The net increase of oil was 0.82×104m 3 that year,and the average increase of oil per well was 12m 3 per day.The imbalance of directional well pattern displacement was improved to a certain extent.
