In response to the epidemic in early 2020, the Ministry of Education has announced "postponement of school without suspension of learning". Online teaching has been carried out everywhere in order to minimize the impact of force majeure. This paper investigates the basic patterns, typical models, teaching activities and effects of online teaching through remote interviews with frontline teachers and students, and then analyzes the problems exposed in the practice of "suspended class, ongoing learning" from the perspective of information literacy of teachers and students. Combined with the previous investigation and evaluation of information literacy of teachers and students in China, this paper proposes some strategies to improve the information literacy of teachers and students in large-scale, long-term online teaching. The first is to build online teaching support service system to pay more attention to the development of online teaching for disadvantage schools. Secondly, it is necessary to conduct online teacher training and strengthen collaborative teaching and research. The third is to innovate the online teaching modes and strengthen the interaction between teachers and students. And the last is to promote home-school cooperation and build an external support environment collaboratively.
