摘要
指出了数据审核是污染源普查数据采集完成后的重要环节,通过分析研究污水处理厂、垃圾处理场、危险废物集中处置厂指标间逻辑关系审核要点,建立指标间的对应关系,在对数据填报要求及对应关系明确的基础上,结合三类集中式污染治理设施生产工艺、污染治理及污染物排放的特点,提出了普查表填报及与污染物排放量核算相关数据的审核方法。
Data audit is an important link after the data collection of pollution source general survey.Through analysis and research,the key points of the logical relationship among the indicators of the sewage treatment plant,garbage disposal site,and hazardous waste centralized treatment plant are proposed to establish the correspondence between the indicators and fill in the data.On the basis of clear data reporting requirements and corresponding relationships,and taking into account the characteristics of production process,pollution control and pollutant discharge of three types of centralized pollution control facilities,the method of checking the data of filling in the census form and calculating the pollutant discharge amount is put forward.
