摘要
城市更新是当今社会发展的时代趋势,但大多数地方的城市更新都被简单地理解为"旧屋区改造",推倒重建等。实际上,城市更新的本质应该是功能上的迭代,是适应性的不断发展。基于此,以福州市城市更新为例,论述了设计创作对城市更新的重要意义,探究了城市更新的不同模式,厘清城市更新的内容及本质,即:应注重以人为本的理念,从城市肌理、建筑空间、设备设施到功能需求甚至精神内涵,全方位融入设计实践。
Urban renewal is the epochal trend of social development in today’s society,but urban renewal in most places is simply understood as " renovation of old housing estates",overthrow and reconstruction. In fact,the essence of urban renewal should be functional iteration and continuous development of adaptability. Based on this,taking the urban renewal in Fuzhou as an example,the importance of design creation for urban renewal is discussed,the different modes of urban renewal are explored,and the content and essence of urban renewal are clarified. Architectural space,equipment and facilities to functional requirements and even spiritual connotation are fully integrated into design practice.
