摘要
中层干部是医院的中流砥柱,是推行现代医院管理制度、实现高质量发展的中坚力量。对医院的中层干部进行培训,提高其综合管理能力和整体素质是医院人才培养体系的重要课题。该文主要从背景、意义、实践应用和对策建议等多方面探讨了医院中层干部培养这项工作,以期提高医院整体的人力资源管理水平和质量。
Middle-level cadres are the mainstay of hospitals,and they are the backbone to implement modern hospital management systems and achieve high-quality development.The training of middle-level cadres in hospitals to improve their comprehensive management capabilities and overall quality is an important subject of the hospital's personnel training system.This article mainly discusses the training of middle-level cadres in hospitals from the aspects of background,meaning,practical application,and countermeasures,with a view to improving the overall human resource management level and quality of the hospital.
