摘要
目的对情景模拟教学法在产科护理带教中的应用进行研究分析。方法研究对象选择2018年4月—2019年5月期间在该院妇产科的40名实习生,采用编号的方式将其分为对比组与研究组,每组20名,对比组实施传统教学方式进行教学带教,实验组采用情景模拟教学法进行带教,将两组实习生的理论与操作成绩、结业考核合格率以及带教老师对实习生的满意度评分进行比较。结果研究组的理论与实践操作成绩高于对比组(P<0.05);研究组结业考核合格率(95.00%)高于对比组(65.00%)(P<0.05);带教老师满意度评分皆高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论在产科护理带教中使用情景模拟教学法,能提高实习生的理论知识与实际操作能力,提升实习生的带教效果。
Objective To study and analyze the application of scenario simulation teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching.Methods The study subjects selected 40 interns who were in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital from April 2018 to May 2019.They were divided into a comparison group and an study group by numbering.Each group had 20 cases.The comparison group implemented traditional methods.The teaching method was used for teaching.The experimental group used scenario simulation teaching method to compare the theoretical and operational results of the two groups of interns,the passing rate of completion assessment,and the teacher's satisfaction rating.Results The theoretical and practical performance of the study group was higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05);the pass rate of the completion evaluation of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the comparison group(65.00%)(P<0.05);the satisfaction ratings of the instructors were high in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of scene simulation teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of interns,and improve the teaching effect of interns.
