摘要
目的探讨7S管理方法在眼科基数药品管理中的应用效果。方法基于7S管理模式开展眼科基数药品管理,比较2018年6—12月实施7S管理模式前和2019年1—6月实施7S管理模式后科室16种基数药品的管理情况。结果7S管理模式实施后,16种基数药品管理中基数药品数目不相符1(6.25%)种,使用后未及时补充1(6.25%)种,较实施前显著改善。结论基于7S管理模式开展眼科基数药品管理,能有效提高病区基数药品的管理质量,保障患者用药安全。
Objective To evaluated the 7S model in quality improvement of safety management of medication in ophthalmic ward.Methods A 7S model was adopted in the medication management system for basic ophthalmological drugs.The management condition of 16 items of basic ophthalmological drugs was evaluated before and after implementation of 7S management model.Results After implementation of 7S management model,there was only 1 item of basic ophthalmological drugs failed to meet the minimum required number,and 1 item of ophthalmological drugs failed to replenished.Conclusion The 7S model is an effective tool to improve the safety management of medication in ophthalmic ward.
