摘要
健康家庭行动是健康中国战略的“细胞工程”。研究“健康家庭”评估指标对于引领健康家庭战略实施有重要意义。本文在梳理和收集国内外健康家庭的实践活动和理论文献基础上,提出了“健康家庭”的概念内涵和衡量维度,并且立足于家庭层面,遵从完整性、针对性、可操作性、实践性、导向性等科学原则,设立量化指标,对影响家庭成员及其家庭整体的的健康状况的因素予以客观、科学的评价和具体考量,尝试建立一套符合中国家庭实际的具有科学性、多层次、多维度的“健康家庭”评估指标体系。
“Healthy Family”action is the“cell engineering”of“Healthy China”strategy.To study the evaluation index of“healthy family”is of great significance to guide the implementation of the strategy of healthy family.On the basis of combing and collecting the practical activities and theoretical literature of“healthy family”at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the connotation and measurement dimension of the concept of“healthy family”;based on the family level,following the scientific principles of integrity,pertinence,operability,practicality and guidance,this paper sets up quantitative indicators to influence the health status of family members and their families as a whole.The author tries to establish a scientific,multi-level,and multi-dimensional“healthy family”evaluation index system which is in line with the reality of Chinese families.
