摘要
目的研究以人为本的理念应用于精神科患者护理工作中的临床效果。方法将该院2017年1月-2019年3月的56例精神疾病患者分为两组,每组28例。对照组患者给予基础护理,观察组患者接受以人为本的护理理念,比较两组患者的精神症状与生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理后,对照组患者的精神症状指标评分均明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.738、13.935、10.935、8.748、7.674,P=0.000);护理后,对照组患者的生活质量指标评分均明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.997、4.723、4.543、4.859,P=0.000)。对照组患者的护理满意度75.00%,观察组患者的护理满意度92.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.809, P=0.000)。结论以人为本的理念应用于精神科患者护理工作中,其临床效果显著,在改善患者精神症状的同时,还能提高生活质量与护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the people-oriented concept in the nursing work of psychiatric patients. Methods 56 patients with mental illness from January 2017 to March 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups, 28 in each group. The control group was given basic care and the observation group accepted the concept of people-oriented care. Compare the two groups’ mental symptoms and quality of life and nursing satisfaction. Results After nursing, the scores of psychiatric symptoms in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group, with statistically significant differences(t=11.738, 13.935, 10.935, 8.748, 7.674, P=0.000). After nursing,the quality of life index scores of patients in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=4.997, 4.723, 4.543, 4.859, P=0.000). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 75.00%, and that of patients in the observation group was 92.86%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=11.809, P=0.000). Conclusion The concept of people-oriented is applied to the nursing work of psychiatric patients. The clinical effect is remarkable. While improving the mental symptoms of patients, it can also improve the quality of life and satisfaction of nursing, which is worthy of promotion and application.
